Cancellation – No Show Policy
 

We would like to remind you of our policies regarding missed appointments. (No shows)
In order to be respectful of the needs of our clients. Please call Aspen Grove Spa promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We require that you give us 48 hours notice.
Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation or reschedule will give another person the chance to receive the appointment they are waiting for.
As a courtesy, our Staff sends text or e-mail reminders 48 hours prior to your appointment and a courtesy call 24 hours prior to your appointment.

For the 1st NO SHOW, there will be a 30% rescheduling fee.

For the 2nd NO SHOW, there will be a 50% rescheduling fee.

For the 3rd NOW SHOW, there will be a 75% rescheduling fee.

After your third no show, we would wish you all the best at your future salon.
